Great for long-form writing, not so much for short emails.
The effort necessary to shift text around for small jobs (like emails or software reviews) makes this a bit cumbersome on that front. However, if you’re writing a lengthy document it can certainly make you look 3x - 5x smarter than you actually are :)
Would be better (I think) if it was also available as a menu bar flyout that you could paste the text into without having to open the whole application.
