Security and privacy nightmare

The app sends all the data to their servers which is the first red flag for me.
And then, their terms and conditions say that all of this text would be intellectual property for them… which makes no sense to me. Why would I use such an app for my work, if all the text I put in, becomes their property. I am sure it is good app, but no way am I trusting them with my data.
